- Disputes. In the unlikely event of any dispute between a photographer and a buyer, BOTH parties agree to resolve any issue in a polite, courteous and respectful manner. Failure to adhere to rule 10 - by either party - will mean a forfeiture of the right to pursue your claim or counter claim for a period of 7 days. Think of it as being banished to the naughty step to reflect on what just happened.
